The Movie's Mission
Emma Smith: My Story was produced by the Joseph Smith Jr. and Emma Hale Smith Historical Society, Inc., a nonprofit organization whose leadership includes descendants of Joseph and Emma. The Historical Society's mission is to promote understanding of the life, times, teachings and heritage of Joseph Smith, Jr. and Emma Hale Smith. Net proceeds from the film will go to the organization to further their cause.
